Job Title: Office Administrator (Full-time)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours per week)
Salary: €533 per week
Description:
Granby Ltd, a leading sausage manufacturer based in Dublin 1, are seeking one full-time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident, capable of multitasking, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Handle data entry tasks
- Generate and process invoices
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Manage filing and other office tasks
- Proficiency in Excel and Word is desirable
