Office Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator who will play a key role in the smooth day to day running of our busy office.
Monday-Friday 35 Hrs
Responsibilities:
General reception duties- including but not limited to answering & directing calls, ordering office supplies
Assisting with the onboarding of new starts within the company
Maintaining & monitoring our clock in system
Monitoring & updating training matrix for all staff & booking training as required
Maintaining fleet & plant inspection records
Support management with ad hoc administrative projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent telephone manner, communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask & prioritise tasks
A strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
