Reporting to:
Operations Manager
What youll be doing
Youll be at the heart of our office operations, supporting our warehouse and sales teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will include:
- Managing customer communications and processing orders
- Coordinating logistics, dispatch paperwork, and hauliers
- Supporting sales teams with quotes, reports, and admin
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with replenishment
- Handling import/export documentation and DAFM returns
- Updating systems, portals, and price lists
- Assisting with audits, complaints, and rebate administration
- Driving improvements and identifying opportunities for change

Essential skills and experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate on their application and at interview:
- Leaving Certificate with ordinary level maths
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and software systems
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ideally, you would also have:
- A qualification in business, sales support, or management
- Familiarity with Navision or ERP systems
- Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
