Office Administrator

Waterford Hearing Services is a family-owned and operated Hearing Aid & Audiology Services provider based in Waterford City.
We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our practice. A background in medical administration would be preferable or experience in a busy office or clinical environment would also be an advantage.

- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently on your own initiative

Job Description
- Manage client enquires via telephone, email & in-person at reception
- Meet & greet clients in a professional and understanding manner
- Record relevant information from clients prior to appointment scheduling
- With experience, learn to diagnose and complete basic repairs of patient hearing aids
- Package, post, and track orders/repairs with various national/international vendors
- Take payments (cash and credit card), manage invoices, and update client finances.
- Scan and file client documents
- Manage the upkeep and cleanliness of the office; maintain stationary levels
Work Location/Other
- In-person - Monday to Friday - 9:30 to 17:00
- 4 weeks paid holidays
