Office Administrator

Due to rapid expansion Robert Kee seeks an Office Administrator to join an enthusiastic and driven team in Laghey, Co. Donegal. You must be computer literate. Enthusiasm and communication skills are essential for the role.

The job is 5 days per week which includes Saturday work.

You can expect to work with a friendly and family-like team, in a fast-paced business environment

Duties include:

  • Administration tasks in our busy office
  • Liasing with other staff
  • Upkeep of current processes & procedures
  • Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times

This position is for you if you have

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills remaining professional and courteous at all times.
  • Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
