Office Administrator / Secretary

Full-time Office Administrator/Secretary required for property management company based in Galway city.

Duties include, general office duties, filing, reception, dealing with customer queries by phone and e mail, organising repair and maintenance work, record keeping etc.

Requirements:

  • One to two years of experience in an office environment
  • Good communication and telephone skills
  • Motivation and have the ability to work on their own initiative,
  • Proficient in excel, word, and office.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.

This is a long-term position with growth potential for a suitable candidate.

Some flexible time considered.

Salary €26 to 32K depending on experience.
