Office Administrator

Windows Repair TullamoreTullamore, County Offaly€13 - €13.50 per hourFull-timePart-time

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team at Windows Repair Tullamore.

It is a part-time position with full-time availability.

Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties
  • Answering phones/email enquiries and organising daily post including typing and photocopying
  • Assist with social media campaigns
  • Manage bookings with customers]
  • Create and update records and data base with personnel
  • Tracking stock of office supplies and placing orders
  • Invoicing customers
  • Process and receipt payments

Requirements or skills:

  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multitask
  • Candidate would need to be fluent in the English Language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • High shool diploma
