Office Administrator
Windows Repair TullamoreTullamore, County Offaly€13 - €13.50 per hourFull-timePart-time
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team at Windows Repair Tullamore.
It is a part-time position with full-time availability.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- General administration duties
- Answering phones/email enquiries and organising daily post including typing and photocopying
- Assist with social media campaigns
- Manage bookings with customers]
- Create and update records and data base with personnel
- Tracking stock of office supplies and placing orders
- Invoicing customers
- Process and receipt payments
Requirements or skills:
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask
- Candidate would need to be fluent in the English Language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Must be able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
- High shool diploma
