Job Title: Office Administrator (2 Positions, Full-time)

Location: Dublin 1, Ireland

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours per week)

Salary: €533 per week

Description:

Granby Ltd, a leading sausage manufacturer based in Dublin 1, is seeking two full-time Office Administrators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be confident, capable of multitasking, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Handle data entry tasks
  • Generate and process invoices
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Manage filing and other office tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is desirable
