We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Admin based in Waterford City near the wonderful surroundings of the Peoples Park.
Waterford Hearing Services is a small family owned and run Audiology Services and Hearing Aid Dispensary offering full diagnostic and rehab services to our customers, GPs and ENT consultants.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Office Administrator is the first person that our customers and potential clients meet on arrival. It is a vitally important role and the successful candidate must display a friendly and professional image at all times.
Operation of the reception desk to include management of VOIP phone system, and to meet, greet and welcome our clients
Arranging couriers/post for all orders, repairs and customer requests as required.
Management and coordination of the dispensary diary for all appointments, testing, fittings and follow ups.
Providing support any additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
With suitable training, be able to perform simple repairs and testing of digital hearing aids.
Warm & welcoming personality is an absolute must.
Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative or reception position.
Competent and comfortable using Microsoft Word & Excel and Gmail/Outlook
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Flexibility and willingness to learn on-the-job
Negotiable; depending on experience
