We have a great opportunity for an Office Operations & Communications Lead to join us, at our site in Listowel.
Reporting into the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive, well‑run, and well‑connected workplace. You will drive the smooth operation of the office while shaping clear, engaging communication that keeps our employees aligned, informed, and proud to be part of Kerry Dairy Ireland.
This role blends office operations excellence with strong internal communications capability, supporting leaders, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring that all messaging and touchpoints reflect our brand, values, and purpose.

Headquartered in Tralee, Co. Kerry, we operate multiple manufacturing facilities in the southwest of Ireland, including Listowel, Charleville, Newmarket, and Farranfore. Additionally, we manage 29 Farm & Home stores throughout the region, ensuring comprehensive coverage and service. In Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, our presence extends to key locations in Portadown, Coleraine, and Ossett.

What you'll be doing- Oversee daily office operations.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and logistics.
- Manage facilities and vendor relationships.
- Ensure availability of office supplies and resources.
- Develop internal communication plans.
- Create content for newsletters, intranet, and updates.
- Partner with teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Support cultural and engagement initiatives.
- Support external communication materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across communications.
- Act as central coordination point.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Proven experience in office management, site administration, or operational coordination within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated background in internal communications, employee engagement, or organisational communications.
- Experience partnering with cross functional teams and senior leaders to support operations and communication initiatives.
- Track record of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience supporting culture, engagement, or change management programmes is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Third level qualification in Business Administration, Communications, HR, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desirable but not required.
- Professional certification in communications, project management, or office administration is also desirable but not required.
