Job Title: Office Assistant
We require an office assistant in our busy office in North County Wexford. The role involves general office duties and admin, including first point of contact for customers - both phone & face to face.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming calls & emails, redirecting or field the queries yourself.
- Data input & transfer using programmes we have setup.
- Booking-in goods with our partner transport companies using their software.
- Assisting with the processing of sales & purchase invoices.
The applicant should:
- Have a pleasant and confident manner and be fluent in English.
- Be computer literate, a knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel may be an advantage
- Be organised, have excellent admin skills, in particular, attention to detail.
- Be willing to learn but also be able to use their own initiative.
- Be a team player, be willing to help colleagues with different tasks, as required.
- Be reliable.
