Sheridans Cheesemongers are Ireland’s leading specialist cheese retailer and wholesaler. We’re passionate about sourcing the finest artisan food products from Ireland and across Europe — and we’re looking for a motivated Office & Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

🕐 Hours:

  • 32 hours per week (Mon–Thurs)
  • December only: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale clients and Sheridans’ own shops.
  • Process and manage orders via Unify, Procure Wizard & Intact.
  • Handle invoicing, credit notes, and proof of deliveries.
  • Maintain price lists and online ordering systems.
  • Liaise with couriers, logistics, and customs where required.
  • Support sales by upselling and keeping up to date with new products.
  • General office administration and ad hoc duties.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
  • Confident with MS Office (Excel & Outlook in particular).
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Experience in food or consumer goods a bonus (but not essential).
