Sheridans Cheesemongers are Ireland’s leading specialist cheese retailer and wholesaler. We’re passionate about sourcing the finest artisan food products from Ireland and across Europe — and we’re looking for a motivated Office & Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
🕐 Hours:
- 32 hours per week (Mon–Thurs)
- December only: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale clients and Sheridans’ own shops.
- Process and manage orders via Unify, Procure Wizard & Intact.
- Handle invoicing, credit notes, and proof of deliveries.
- Maintain price lists and online ordering systems.
- Liaise with couriers, logistics, and customs where required.
- Support sales by upselling and keeping up to date with new products.
- General office administration and ad hoc duties.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
- Confident with MS Office (Excel & Outlook in particular).
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
- Experience in food or consumer goods a bonus (but not essential).
