The Role: Office Manager

As Office Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational functions of the Ethos Care Office. You’ll act as a central point of contact for multiple nursing homes, supporting both the CEO and the Director of Finance, while ensuring the smooth running of office operations and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming communications and acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, correspondence, reports, and governance documentation

  • Supporting roster administration, data collation, and management reporting

  • Coordinating meetings, governance, and quality initiatives

  • Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems

  • Participating in training and professional development as required

  • Demonstrating flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Third-level qualification in Business, Administration, Management, or related field desirable

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management or senior administrative roles

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and office-based systems; ability to quickly learn new platforms

  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills

  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

  • Professional appearance and commitment to hygiene standards, including use of PPE where required
