Office Manager

VisitDerry£34,434 per annum
The Office Manager will oversee the Visit Derry office environment and provide executive support to the Chief Executive, Chair, Board of Directors and senior management team. The role is responsible for the effective management of financial, including payroll, ICT, administrative and organisational procedures.

The postholder will ensure ongoing compliance with relevant accounting and administrative policies and procedures, as appropriate.

They will also implement effective organisational planning and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining professional engagement with stakeholders, suppliers and members on behalf of the company.
