The role

The position of Grade VIII encompasses managerial, operational and adminstrative responsibilities.

The person

· Significant operational experience in managing and/ or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care

· Significant experience of delivering change in a complex environment, as relevant to the role.

· Significant experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to the role

· Significant experience in team management and development

The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
