Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating Content Management Systems.
- Support consultants on internal systems and our clients on external systems.
- Troubleshooting and performing 1st line support activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise problems whilst formulating plans of resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Management team, as necessary.
- Working closely with the Manager & development teams to UAT releases & bug fixes.
- Support the Management & other team members on projects as required including online research & business development.

- Excellent organisational, written, verbal and ICT skills.
- Organised, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Additional Information
- The role is full-time position
- Training and practical experience will be given.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
- A high standard of written and spoken English is required.
