Online Marketing Coordinator

What you'll do
End to end execution of email marketing campaigns.
Create and coordinate email content calendar in alignment with campaign timelines and sales targets.
Create newsletter briefs liaising with buyers, leaflet team, design team & Lidl Plus team on product selection, copy requirements and the design look and feel of email blocks.
Rollout out FY26 newsletter strategy in alignment with the channel goals.
Deliver monthly reports on campaign performance
Implement testing agendas and reporting on performance over time.
Copy writing – write copy for both Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland Newsletters.
Collaborate with the Online Marketing Manager on website updates, understanding how to create product lists, product uploads, page updates etc
Search Engine Marketing – work with Online Marketing Manager to plan and implement SEO strategy
Collaborate with the wider Media & Digital Marketing Team to ensure campaign and content alignment.
Work with internal stakeholders within Lidl understand business needs and help translate them into creative digital marketing solutions
In collaboration with the wider digital marketing, work with external agencies across digital, social, media, PR and traditional advertising What you'll need Growth mindset
What you'll need
Previous experience in an email marketing role is essential
Experience with Salesforce
Ensure work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail In touch with Irish culture and cultural trends
Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team exceptional organisational, analytical and data management skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- €36,500 rising to €49,500 after 3 years
