An opportunity has become available to join our Retail Department in Club Travel Ltd.We are looking for someone with an excellent level of customer service and enjoys working in a fast paced, evolving environment.Office based 930-530 Mon-Friday and every 3rd Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Online GDS Bookings.
• Making and amending flight/hotel/car hire/transfer bookings.
• Assist Customers with any pre-travel related queries. 
• Supporting the team with other online related duties. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Amadeus experience.
• Proven track record of managing Qs, reissuing tickets, and handling voluntary and involuntary changes.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer focused role.
• An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
• A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
