What will you do:
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs, culture, KPI’s, to implement and execute a comprehensive, personalised wellbeing programme.
- Lead and coordinate clinical and non-clinical third-party providers on the client site to ensure a seamless experience for the corporate customer and their employees.
- Deliver a superior proposition by leveraging expertise from internal Vhi stakeholders.
- Together with the Vhi Wellness Specialist present evidence-based results and data to the client, clearly demonstrating improvements in wellness achieved through partnership with Vhi.
- Foster effective working relationships with colleagues across Vhi Health & Wellbeing teams to deliver best-in-class propositions and services.
- Contribute to the development of new wellness initiatives and solutions within Health & Wellbeing.
- Manage key relationships with this client {HR, Occ. Health, Wellness lead etc}, ensuring wellness requirements are met and customer service metrics achieved.
- Drive demonstrable improvements in employee engagement and wellness scores for this corporate client.
What you need to be successful
- Relevant degree level or equivalent qualification in a health / wellness related discipline, such as Health Promotion, Wellness, Counselling, Nursing or similar.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing relationship management role.
- Experience in a similar corporate wellness role is a distinct advantage
Skills needed
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to measure success of health and wellness initiatives.
- A highly motivated self starter.
- Full clean driving licence & flexibility to travel as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
- Exceptional planning and time management effectively prioritises tasks and can manage multiple complex tasks.
