Operation Supervisor
The Role
The Operations Supervisor plays an important role in supporting the efficient operation of Services at Communicare. In this position, you will focus on project administration, operational support, contract support, and process improvement. We are seeking a high-energy individual that works well in a team environment and is excited about continual learning and improvement.You will be working in the Communicare Galway office and will report to the Head of Operations. This role has the potential for occasional travel to other Communicare offices.

Responsibilities, including but are not limited to the following:
- Development, implementation and review of new processes and procedures.
- Liaise with management to ensure services are delivered in line with resource allocation.
- Be responsible and accountable for the implementation of appropriate key performance measures, ensuring compliance and standards are met by working closely with clinicians and managers to implement programmes of change.
- Support the day-to-day functions of the Head of Operations, ensuring correspondence meets all deadlines.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the business.
- Strictly adhere to established departmental processing procedures and controls
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the Company.
- Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external clients.
Minimum Educational Requirements & Essential Skills:
- Third level qualification or equivalent.
- Full Driving License (preferable).
- Team player attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written).
- Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- P.C. proficient, particularly regarding MS Excel and Word.
