Operational Trainer

Main Activities/Tasks
· Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires as well as existing employees.
· Provide one-on-one coaching and group training in operational procedures, tools, and systems.
· Collect and analyze data on employee performance to gauge learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
· Work closely with department heads / HRBPs and operational managers to identify training needs and gaps, particularly within the aseptic environment.
· Provide continuous support to employees during and after training programs.
· Stay up-to-date with operational procedures, best practices, and industry trends to incorporate into training sessions.
· Maintain accurate records of training sessions, employee participation, and feedback.
· Offer ongoing support and guidance to employees as they apply new skills in the workplace.
· Prepare reports on training outcomes, including success rates and areas for development.

Essential Criteria:
· Minimum of 4 years Operations Experience within aseptic manufacturing
· Experience working in a variety of different filling formats, vials, syringe ampules etc
· Excellent communication skills and ability to lead, coach and mentor new and existing personnel.
· Expert in GMP and aseptic processes.
· Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of employees.
· Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Desirable Criteria:
· Experience of training in both aseptic and non aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing
· Experience of Training Delivery and development of training content.
· Qualified to Level 3 in Education and Training (EAT) or Equivalent qualification.

Newry

Working Hours
The successful candidate’s core hours will be 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday however they should be available to work either 2 shift/ 3 shift pattern or continental shift pattern to accommodate business needs.
