Operations Admin Support

We currently have a vacancy for an Operations Admin Support based in our Cork Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding activities for new resources.
- Prepare and distribute contractor agreements for new and existing contractors
- Create projects and work orders in Agresso, ensuring all related Excel documentation is kept up to date.
- Manage and process timesheet amendments in Agresso as required
- Manage timesheet collection and tracking, including follow-ups with resources and month-end reporting to ensure accurate submissions.
- Maintain required email distribution lists.
- Maintain required insurance and tax distribution lists, following up with resources to obtain updated documentation as needed.
- Manage and resolve issues related to contractors, staff, and internal operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
