Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for administrative tasks within production and supply chain, including labour recording, sales and purchase order processing;
- Responsible for timely and effective resolution of credit note requests and queries;
- Coordinate hauliers and inter-site transfers;
- Assist Production Manager and Supervisors with administrative tasks and business activities;
- Support the Operations Manager and Production with an oversight of processes, including stock control;
- Liaise with other departments (Sales & Marketing, Finance etc) in order to ensure workflow efficiency;
- Liaise with customers and other business partners;
- Preparation of KPI reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required.
The Person:
- A minimum of one years experience in a similar role;
- Possess excellent administration skills, organised and able to prioritise and manage time effectively;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook;
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Be able to interact and communicate with staff at all levels in a professional manner.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience of using an ERP system;
- Previous experience in FMCG/Operations.
