Operations Appointment Coordinator
Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking a detailed orientated Operations Coordinator to manage and schedule installations for our Installer Teams. The position would be based here in Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan. This is a full-time position inclusive of a competitive salary, bonus, pension, healthcare and additional benefits.

The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will be responsible for booking installations for our teams and ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency across Ireland. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities includes:
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointment details and provide updates as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for installers based on their specific skills and customers availability.
- Maintain an organized scheduling system and ensure accurate data entry in our scheduling system.
- Review and prioritize installations at each location, optimizing efficiency in scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any scheduling concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within a technical or service-based industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Experience in utilising Salesforce preferable but not required.
- Be an excellent team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with geographical locations and transport logistics across Ireland is a plus.
