Operations & Construction Supervisor

Empara Construction of Carndonagh are currently recruiting for an Operations & Construction Supervisor.

This is an exciting role for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in construction, offering a varied position supporting day-to-day operations and site teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervising multiple maintenance teams across various locations
• Providing on-site guidance and practical problem-solving support
• Ensuring quality standards are met across all works
• Scheduling and coordinating jobs with site teams
• Liaising between clients, site teams, and the office
• Ordering materials and supporting logistics
• Completing reports and general administration
• Monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
• Supporting daily operations of the business

✅ Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office and administration (preferred)
• Background in construction, building, or maintenance (beneficial)
• Experience supervising or managing teams
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions and manage workloads effectively
• Full driving licence required
