Operations Coordinator - Cork (Full Time)

This is a Full time, Permanent position.

McBreen Environmental is a dynamic company committed to delivering exceptional environmental services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator at our Ballynahina, Cork Office.

A strong understanding of scheduling and coordination of resources in order to maximize utilization will be key to succeeding in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Plan different work types & routes as per customer requirements
  • Assign appropriate resources to each Job
  • Liaise with Coordinators & customers to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Supporting PM's & Sales Team
  • Assisting with the coordination of a team that delivers high-quality service throughout Ireland
  • Ongoing scheduling and preplanning of works and routes
  • Responsible for ensuring all compliance documents are prepared in advance of works (Permits, Method Statements)
  • General Administration & back office support Timesheet and Worksheet Close out
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc project or task within the company as required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience within logistics and/or the construction/utilities/water industry would be an advantage but not essential
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Team Player
  • Admin and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Languages - English / Russian
