Operations Lead/administration Team Leader
Purpose of the role
The purpose of this post is to support and manage operational matters within CHI Clinical Directorates. The post holder will have a key role in managing and developing the function of the clinical administrative support staff within a speciality/service group. This role will involve leading and supporting staff through change.
Essential Criteria
- QQI level 6 in management or supervisory management or equivalent qualification.
- 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory experience within clinical admin setting
- Project & change management experience, be proficient in use of Microsoft Office. E.g. Word / Excel / Power point etc.
- Experience in the use of hospital ICT systems.
- Experience leading a team in a complex healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate competency in producing management reports, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
