Operations Manager

The Role

Main Accountabilities
Build and lead a high-performing warehouse and distribution team.
Drive performance through effective leadership, coaching and continuous improvement.
Ensure operational excellence in stock control, vehicle standards and delivery accuracy.
Enforce safety, security and compliance protocols across the distribution environment.
Investigate service issues and implement preventative measures.
Lead briefings to align team goals and communicate operational changes.

Essential Criteria
Experience in warehouse and distribution management, ideally within a retail or furniture environment.
Strong knowledge of stock control, warehouse systems and logistics processes.
Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation.
Experience in team management and performance development.
FLT licence
