Operations Training Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Operations Training Co-Ordinator reporting to the Operations Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrating all classroom and online training bookings for both airside & operations training courses, ensuring all EASA required data is captured on attendance sheets and record templates. Ensuring all attendance sheets are stored and filed.
  • Upload of all training records to OLM on daily basis, ensuring all compliant information required under EASA is captured for upload and validation templates are correct and available for audit.
  • Monthly revenue reports, chasing outstanding payments for escalation with SSC and implementing payment in advance of training process. Supporting monthly revenue reconciliation for online & classroom training delivery. Providing all invoicing, procurement, and stock requirements of the department.
  • Partnership with the ID Centre for escalation of non-transfer issues in relation to the AIC for blue and red permit holders both internal and external AIC holders.
  • Daily downgrade/ removal of permissions as required under IAA 100% compliance audit. Ensuring all AIC permit holders are receiving training expiry notifications and updating production report as required.
  • Documenting and implementing new Operations SOP documents into the Operations Training department and future proofing these requirements to consider the new HRIS system.
  • Delivering a high-quality efficient Customer Service function.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant third level qualification desirable or relevant experience.
  • Train the Trainer | QQI Qualification.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of Airport Operations.
  • Strong familiarity with principal legislation related to airside operational matters (for principal airside stakeholders in direct compliance with EU IR 139/2014).
  • Strong understanding and commitment to evidencing compliance & proficiency in challenging operational environments.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and contribute to the wider Operational team with excellent relationship building & communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Advanced IT, administrative and organisational skills.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies with a strong commitment to supporting excellence in the Operations Training team.
