Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:

  • Leading the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and improving business processes as art of wider HR transformation programmes;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.

  • Managing multiple project workstreams such as functional design, data migration, and integration to deliver high-quality outcomes. 

  • Managing resource requirements, scheduling, planning, risks and issues, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;

  • Demonstrating intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success with the HCM product suite

  • Interacting with experienced client buyers and/or influencers and making a significant contribution to the development of new Oracle HCM business in the Irish market

  • Working with our alliance partners from Oracle

  • Driving business development activities, including proposal creation and thought leadership in Digital HCM.

  • Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, supporting their career development and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Inspiringand motivating diverse teams, keeping PwC a fun and inclusive place to work. 

Working in across our Enterprise Applications and Workforce Transformation team of curious problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, and collaborating across the PwC network to deliver innovative solutions. 

Your Profile

  • Full lifecycle programme management experience of a medium-to-large Oracle HCM implementations

  • You understand best practices across business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and implementation design within large-scale transformation programmes. 

  • You can articulate clearlyhow Oracle Cloud HCM enables business transformation and supports benefits realisation. 

  • Working knowledge of Oracle implementation methodology

  • Integration between Oracle and other Oracle suite solutions

  • Strong problem solving skills with a focus on pragmatic solutions within the Oracle standard best practice framework

  • Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders 

  • You possess exceptional communication skills and can tell compelling stories that resonate with clients.

  • Strong workshop / meeting facilitation skills

  • You have awareness of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including ERP, EPM, SCM, Analytics, and Integration.

  • You have a growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.

  • Oracle specialism or certification is desirable.
