Organisation Development Manager

Main Purpose of Job

In conjunction with the Human Resource Manager, support the Head of Human Resource and Organisation Development (HR&OD) in the delivery of a modern, efficient, effective and responsive Human Resource and Organisation Development service for the Council.

To take the lead in the provision of Organisation Development support to the Council with particular focus on:-

• Organisation Design and workforce planning
• Corporate Learning, Development and Performance Management
• HR Policy/procedure development and review
• HR Systems, digitisation and information management
• Equality and Diversity

To undertake and manage specific projects and initiatives of strategic and/or of significant importance as required by the Head of Service or Director.
