To assist the Organisational Manager in enhancing organisational performance through workforce planning initiatives, learning and development interventions, talent development, and employee engagement and wellbeing to enhance the Council’s culture and branding and imbed PRIDE values and behaviour.

  • There is 1 permanent, full time post, working 36 hours per week Monday to Friday.
