Reports To: Head of Operations
Grade: 6
The salary scale for this role is €38,306 - €59,117; with Long Service increments of LSI1: €61,055 & LSI2: €62,987.

In this role, you will support the Origin Green Team in administering the Origin Green Producer Standard to the requirements of the Accreditation Management Systems (AMS).
What you’ll do
Act as a point of contact with audit bodies, Support services for scheme operations, and scheme stakeholders.
Complete office administration duties such as generating purchase orders; dealing with PO queries, tracking incoming invoices; invoicing Scheme members; and preparing detailed budget reports using the finance system.
Monitor and report on scheme operational KPIs and ensure issues are escalated in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate training needs and delivery with Audit bodies and Support services for scheme operations.
Conduct, review and report on member feedback and stakeholder engagement.
Co-ordinate the Primary Producer Integrity program for scheme auditors.
Assist the development of support materials for scheme members and stakeholders.
Contribute to the identification, and implementation of continuous improvement actions to improve the effectiveness of scheme operations.
Complete operational and Quality Management systems tasks as assigned within timelines, report issues and track to resolution.
Adhere to the One Bord Bia Operating Model.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Bord Bia Standards in Primary Production
Qualifications in Horticulture/Crop Science/Agriculture Science or related disciplines
Skills & Capabilities:
Digital first mindset
Comfortable with an agile culture focused on continuous improvement
Organisational skills and time management
Strong IT skills across a wide range of software applications, including team collaboration tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Complaint Handling skills
Clear and tactful communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Good data analysis and reporting skills to accurately present data for key stakeholder
Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities
Knowledge:
Knowledge of project management methodology.
Knowledge of audit and certification processes.
Skills & Capabilities:
Strong numerical and budget management skills.
Good understanding of database structures.
