Orthopaedic Data Manager

Childrens Health IrelandDublin

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this post is to support the administrative and service needs of the Orthopaedic service. This role will support the grade VII service manager in addressing operational service needs, managing a suite of data requirements, progressing improvement projects and service developments.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 years working at grade IV level within the healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook calendar
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment
  • Team player with the ability to manage colleagues and promote a positive working
  • Strong planning and organising abilities
  • Versatility and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • An understanding of the confidential support to require for the Executive Team
  • Experience of minute taking
  • Diary management
