Due to our phenomenal growth, we are hiring several Out Of Office coordinators to assist in our out-of-hours service.

Coordinator out-of-hours

The Out Of Office Coordinators will support the line manager in completing the administration tasks that go along with rostering and scheduling care for their area and this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated candidate to take their first step into a management role.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing all aspects of the out-of-hours operations of our care call service. They will take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to providing the highest quality of home care to those most in need.

What will you be doing as an Out Of Office Coordinators?

Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients;
Assisting with client and staffing issues, scheduling carers calls after office hours to ensure all clients have a carer, this also applies to last minute sick leave or carers not attending calls.
Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to;
Prepare and present status reports and presentations as needed;
Dealing with a high volume of calls
Participating in the development and marketing of the company;
Communicating client and caregiver concerns or problems with directors or other staff members as appropriate;
Organization of office administration;
Preparation of on-call reports;
Ensuring all shifts are covered and adequate relief care available;

Ad hoc duties as required;

Working days will be set but might vary from Friday-Sunday based on the operational needs of the company - working hours will also be set but might vary between 07:00-22:00 based on requirements. There will be a requirement to cover weekends as part of this role.

Job Types: Part-time

Benefits:

  • Remote working from Monday to Friday
  • In Office Saturday and Sunday
  • Given company laptop and phone

Schedule:

  • Monday - Sunday
  • 20 - 25 hours per week.

Experience:

  • Homecare schedule: 1 year (Esstienal)
  • OneTouch System or similar: 1 year (Desire)
  • Home Care Background (Esstiental)
