Outreach Respite Team Leader

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Outreach Respite Team Leader to join our team in Dublin (CHO6). We have full-time opportunities within our teams in Dublin.
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: Full-Time Post, 35 hours per week, including afterschool, evenings and weekends.
Salary Scale: €49,579 - €60,013 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
Overview of the Post:
To assist the manager with the co-ordinator and delivery of the range of outreach support services to adults and children. The main responsibility includes working in partnership with families to develop goals and plans, allocating staff to deliver the service and monitoring service delivery.
The team lead will work with a dedicated group of adults or children/young people in a person-centred approach to meet their identified need, provide administrative support to the service and provided support and supervision to the allocated staff team as directed by the manager.
The range of services may include community, after school, day, evening, weekend respite, summer camps and other forms of alternative respite as they are developed.

Candidates must have at the latest date of application:
- A recognised relevant third level qualification in health care, social care, adult care, childcare, nursing (minimum level 7 or equivalent).
- Full driver’s licence
- Right to work in the country
- Registration relevant to the role.

- Management qualification.
