Applications are invited for the position of PA / Clerical Officer (Grade V) to provide high‑level administrative support to the Deputy CEO and overall Executive Team. This role requires a professional, organised and proactive individual with significant experience operating in a senior administrative capacity.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload, maintain strict confidentiality, and support Executive Team members through effective coordination, communication and workflow management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional seeking to contribute to the efficient operation of an Executive Team within a hospital setting.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years’ recent experience in a senior administrative role, demonstrating the capacity to fulfil the duties of the grade
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and time‑management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and manage multiple priorities
  • Efficient record‑keeping and document‑management capabilities, including minute taking
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate work within tight and competing deadlines

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CARF Accreditation
  • Experience using electronic board‑meeting platforms such as Boardeffect
  • A sound understanding of the Health Services Sector
