Who We Are

Muiriosa Foundation supports individuals (and their families) with an intellectual disability and/or autistic adults with high support needs to live self-directed, connected and fulfilling lives. We employ over 1700 staff across Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Longford, Kildare, Tipperary and Kilkenny. We provide supports through the Regional Structure and the Person Centred Wing. Each region exercises a high level of devolved autonomy across all operational functions, including residential homes, day supports and respite services. Description

Role: Personal Assistant

Location: Axis Business Park, Tullamore, Co. Offaly

Tenure: Permanent Full Time Position (70 hours per fortnight)

The postholder will support the Principal Psychology Manager and Psychological Supports Team. The role includes clinical administration, project coordination, process improvement and high-level digital skills. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion and organisational capability within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

· Recognised relevant third level or post leaving certificate qualification

· Experience relevant to the requirements of the role

· Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated interest and/or experience in provision of psychological support services

· Strong ICT and digital competency across a range of systems, platforms and research tools

· Familiarity with organisational ICT systems and digital tools to support and enhance service delivery

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

· Lead coordination of new projects and initiatives, including upskilling and embedding implementation science tools and research methodologies

· Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes, records of decisions and action timelines

· Manage communication for the office of the Principal Psychology Manager

· Support the Principal Psychology Manager in the review and re-structuring of the psychological supports team and associated clinical governance responsibilities

· Experience of, or commitment to enhancing clinical support services for people with intellectual disabilities

· Suitability as outlined in attached person specification and job description.
