This is a unique opportunity to join CHI’s People & Culture team, supporting recruitment across Ireland’s leading specialist children’s hospital group. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services, ensuring CHI attracts and appoints the best talent to support paediatric care.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in a data management, reporting, or analytics role
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, dashboards, Power Query)
  • Experience producing clear reports and presentations for stakeholders (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong data quality, validation, and attention to detail
  • Experience handling sensitive data and understanding of GDPR/data governance
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with operational/clinical teams
