Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with their travel arrangements.
- Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in.
- Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.
- Making changes, requesting refunds.
- Dealing with airlines.
- Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Pakistan community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo.
- At least 12 months experience in travel.
- A strong client focus.
- Office based in Dublin.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent Urdu.
- Good organizational skills.
- An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
- A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
