Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this post is to deliver an exceptional CHI customer service experience to Parents / Guardians and service users. The Parents Accommodation Officer is responsible for the smooth running of CHI’s accommodation units both on/off site.

Essential Criteria:

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent

· Intermediate experience in Microsoft packages i.e. Excel and Outlook.

· Experienced user with bookings systems / CRMs.

· Experienced in delivering a positive customer service experience.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Previous office experience is an essential requirement.

· Experience in complaint handling.
