Part Qualified Accountant

We are seeking to hire a Part Qualified Accountant in our Waterford City office.
Full time hours: 37.5 hrs per week (in office work only). Working hours are Monday- Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am-2pm.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounts
- Adhere to all compliance deadlines
- Input into and assisting with the office work plan
- Management of multiple jobs ensuring the key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner
- Dealing with ad-hoc client queries
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 12-18 months practice experience within a general accounting team
- Ability to bring accounts to trial balance or completion essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and capability of working on your own initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Bright accounts production, tax pro and auto entry
- Proficient in the use of Bright Payroll
- Experience of VAT, PAYE & CT returns.
