Office Admin Support Position
Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community-based charity providing person-centred support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities across County Meath. We operate multiple residential homes and a dedicated respite service, empowering individuals to live meaningful lives within their own communities. We currently provide services in Kells, Navan, and Ashbourne.
Clann Mór is a voluntary organisation, with charitable status. We are registered with HIQA.
We are now recruiting for a Part‐Time Office Admin Support Staff member to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
• QQI Level 5 Office Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft office skills. Confident in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge and understanding of HIQA.
• Minium of 2 years’ experience working in an administration role.
• Experience with rosters.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Clear understanding of GDPR, confidentiality, and secure information handling.
• Highly motivated to pursue ongoing training and development.
