Office Administrator

Due to continued expansion and development of our business, we are now looking to recruit a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. We will require someone 1 – 2 Days per Week 9 – 5 pm or half days. We are flexible in this regard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • General administrative duties
  • Invoicing, filing & accounts
  • Setting up meetings
  • Completing forms and processing orders

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some knowledge of accounts, payroll etc an advantage
