Job Description & Summary

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Partner Administrator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Anticipate needs of Partners/Directors/Senior Managers in relation to resources, travel, and accommodation and respond as required

  • Support financial management: invoices, debtor collection, reports 

  • Support client relationship management: using Salesforce to create campaigns, opportunities and produce reports for risk management tracking. Prior experience using Salesforce an advantage

  • Support digital transformation within the team and wider PA group. Prior experience using any digital tools e.g MS Power platform an advantage

  • Produce brand compliant proposals, presentations and report documentation using Google Apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets) as well as Word, PowerPoint and Excel (responsibility to ensure all firm standards are maintained using PwC branding)

  • Assistance with event management for internal and external events

  • Produce and maintain a schedule of meetings/conference calls

  • Complex and extensive diary management and meeting coordination 

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements & liaising with internal travel office and develop detailed itineraries

  • Collaborate with and support peers (within Channel and in the wider Tax practice), where required to provide seamless support for the firm. 

  • A responsibility for sharing knowledge; supporting the wider PA team in training new hires and providing guidance where necessary

  • Filing and maintenance of files in document management solution

  • Managing telephone calls, using initiative to identify alternative contacts where required

  • Assist with general ad-hoc projects as and when required


Experiences and skills 

  • 5 years'+ relevant experience in a similar professional environment

  • Excellent administration skills, including advanced ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Workspace, and databases

  • Salesforce experience an advantage

  • Passionate about making continuous improvement and digital transformation a priority within your role

  • Resilience: the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and a high standard of work

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Team player: ability to engage with the team and provide support and flexibility

  • Understanding the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality

  • Ability to prioritise, manage own work flow, and use own initiative

  • Ability to problem solve and work independently as required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility, proactiveness, and a positive attitude
