Job Details

The EMEA/LATAM Partner Advisor Team is a talent development centre for Alliances, and a great place to launch your career at Salesforce. Team members progress from Partner Advisors to Grow Partner Account Managers, and eventually join country teams as Partner Account Managers, working with a fixed portfolio of Partners.

The Partner Advisor interfaces with Consulting Partners on a daily basis to ensure they have access to the right resources to help them thrive in the Salesforce Ecosystem. Partner Advisors work on numerous work streams in Alliances & Channels, manage multiple stakeholder relationships and monitor KPIs closely to drive results. Being in the role helps to develop strong communication skills, business acumen, problem solving abilities, while expanding your knowledge of the Salesforce platform and cloud-based technologies.

The successful candidate needs to be able to work autonomously and show initiative when making suggestions for process improvements. They will gain first-hand experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud to keep track of records. Proficiency in spreadsheets, slides and Salesforce admin skills are very helpful in this role.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a recent graduate (preferably Masters-level)

  • You speak one of the following languages fluently: English, French

  • You are a team player and have great communication skills

  • You have exceptional organisational and planning skills

  • You’re independent, self-motivated and can work off your own initiative

  • You are results-driven and interested in being part of a fast-paced sales environment

  • You have a clear interest in a sales career


What will you be doing?

  • Leverage Salesforce top-class Analytics products to track partner revenue contribution and credential growth

  • Align with the Sales Team to understand which partners are involved in which opportunities

  • Ensure Partner requests assigned to you receive prompt responses and are resolved within SLA. Over time, you will benefit from your strong relationships to our internal teams to redirect partner tickets to the relevant Alliances team

  • Qualify new partner applications and evaluate the potential of the partnership

  • Work on special projects focused on Ecosystem Growth at scale, new partner onboarding and sales engagement

  • Attend training sessions focused on product and industry knowledge, while developing an exciting career plan within a fast-paced cloud-based software company
