Parts Advisor

Bolands Wexford Town are seeking a motivated and customer focused Parts Advisor to join our busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers both over the phone and in person.
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate stock control, including receiving, checking and processing parts deliveries.
• Managing parts orders, backorders, and returns efficiently.
• Preparing and issuing parts to workshop technicians and retail customers.
• Ensuring the warehouse is organised, clean and compliant with H&S standards.
• Completing general administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse role (motor industry preferred not essential).
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT and organisational skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A proactive, team oriented approach.
