We are seeking a skilled Grill & Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team in a busy Italian restaurant located in Kildare Village. The ideal candidate will have experience handling grills and preparing fresh pasta dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
• Execute high-quality pasta dishes, including fresh and dry pasta, with authentic sauces.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and consistency of all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and pasta stations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with the rest of the kitchen team.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with kitchen prep as needed.
• Adapt to menu changes and support special event menus when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Grill Chef and/or Pasta Chef in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and Italian pasta preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods.
• A passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail in food preparation.
• Team player with good communication skills.
