Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of patient feedback mechanisms.
- Support initiatives to improve patient engagement
- Provide information and support to patients/service users throughout their interaction with the hospital
- Support staff in the management of complaints with a focus on early resolution
- Assist patients in understanding the complaints process
- Support communication between patients, families and hospital staff
- Support the implementation of complaints management processes in line with national standards
