Purpose of the Role

The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide administrative support to a specialty and/or specialties. Please note high volume Dictaphone typing is a core function of the role.

Essential Criteria

· Achieved Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification not less than Level 6 in the QQI framework

· Have at least two years secretarial/administrative experience.

· Competent in using Microsoft package

· Ability to communicate fluently in both written and orally

· Dictaphone Typing
